POSITION: Senior Sales Executive Wealth Management & Private Banking
WORK TYPE: Full-Time
LOCATION: Remote, must be based in the United States

They are expanding our Sales team and seeking strategic, results-driven Sales Executives with expertise in Wealth Management and Private Banking. Their innovative wealth and private banking suite empowers clients to deliver next-generation client and employee experiences while optimizing operations. Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive sales opportunities within the Americas sales team, targeting new business in Wealth Management and Private Banking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas, leveraging the company's industry-leading fintech solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding them in their digital transformation journey.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing large software agreements ($1M+ ARR).
  • Forecast and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and innovation.
  • Report directly to the Regional VP of Sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • 5+ years selling to Wealth Managers and Private Banks, with an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Strong network and industry connections within Wealth Management and Private Banking.
  • Ability to craft tailored digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating large enterprise software deals.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
