The Headlines :
In the role of Financial Risk Manager based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you are a highly visible member of the Financial Risk Management team. The team is responsible for measuring, estimating, and recommending strategies for managing our basket of market risk related to manufacturing our legendary brands. This role is responsible for evolving existing tools and processes to continuously improve financial results related to risk management activities and to ensure compliance with our risk management policy.
The position reports to the Director of Financial Risk Management & Pensions and will work closely with cross functional teams and top-tier bank counterparties.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards
Offerings : $94,600.00- $124,200.00(posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
