Role :Desktop Support Technician (Field Services -Onsite)

Location: ARLINGTON

Skills:

• Desktop/Laptop repair / IMAC new setups experience is a must.
• Good verbal communication: ability to solicit and convey moderately complex information and make recommendations
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to work well with diverse personalities and teams.
• Considerable experience supporting Servers and Handheld Devices.
• Knowledge and experience on Service requests, incident, problem management, Knowledge, and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
• Ability to set priorities and manage competing objectives.
• Ability to support users with Remote Support tools.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
• Knowledge and experience with onsite HAM support

Certifications:

A+ (required)

Client Environnent :

Windows 10 & 11, MS Office O365, Dell Laptop /Desktops, Business Apps

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$45,000 to $55,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
