Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, making real-time adjustments as needed. Handle last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on scheduling and priorities. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive information. Work under tight deadlines while staying highly organized and detail-oriented.
