Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide coverage while our current EA is out on maternity leave. Ideally, the temporary EA will start in late May or early June to allow for a training and transition period. This is a long-term temporary position offering competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to support a dynamic and collaborative team.

• Pay: $50–$55.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to an executive

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange transportation

• Assist with iPhone, MacBook, and general tech support

• Submit medical forms and manage personal administrative tasks

• Dictate notes and type at a fast pace

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts

• Proactively anticipate needs and plan ahead

• Maintain flexibility to adjust hours when needed (occasional early arrivals or late departures)
