In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our welding processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in our production operations. Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding process engineering or a similar role.
CWI or CWE certification preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and equipment.
Proficient in welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
