Join Wedding Day Diamonds as a Store Manager and lead our Burnsville location to new heights! In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind the store's success, shaping team culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving financial objectives.

Compensation
  • Competitive earnings: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance incentives: Quarterly bonuses and additional earning potential through spot bonuses.
Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Client Advocates.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous training to enhance team skills and foster growth.
  • Create a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
Sales and Customer Service
  • Drive sales by achieving targets and actively participating in sales activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Ensure every client enjoys a memorable shopping experience through exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
Store Operations and Visual Merchandising
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage store opening, closing, and cash-handling processes with precision.
Sales Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategies to drive store and company growth.
  • Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve financial goals.
Relationship Building and Networking
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, community organizations, and industry professionals.
  • Actively engage in local events and networking opportunities to enhance store visibility.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality industries, with a proven track record of managing sales targets and high-end customer service.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in motivating teams, resolving challenges, and driving results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Jewelry and diamond experience (preferred, not required).
