We are looking for an **Automation Specialist** to set up an end-to-end system that **automatically posts content to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook** using **Make.com**, **Zapier**, or similar workflow automation tools.
This is a one-time build project, where the final deliverable is a reliable, testable automation infrastructure with clear documentation. You’ll work independently, with direct input from the project lead.
## **Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement a content publishing automation system using Make.com or equivalent
* Integrate tools such as Google Drive (for media storage), YouTube Studio, Instagram, and Facebook APIs
* Build workflows to:
* Upload videos and captions
* Schedule posts on multiple platforms
* Allow easy customization of post timing, text, thumbnails
* Run functional testing across platforms
* Provide documentation or a screen-recorded walkthrough for handoff
* Remain available (hourly-paid) for minor tweaks or updates post-launch
## **Required Skills:**
* Experience using **Make.com**, **Zapier**, or similar automation tools
* Familiarity with **social media APIs** and platform integrations
* Ability to connect cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Bonus: Basic understanding of scripting (JavaScript or Python)
## **Compensation:**
* Hourly: $6-8USD based on experience
* Opportunity for **future hourly work** on enhancements
## **Work Environment:**
* 100% **Remote**
* Must be available for occasional check-ins during Eastern Time business hours
